What is the Beier Group YES Learnership 2026/2027?
The programme is a paid, 12‑month learnership for unemployed South African youth who hold a diploma or degree in marketing. Learners will work in the marketing department of a large manufacturing company, supporting everyday tasks and gaining hands‑on experience.
Who can apply?
- South African citizens
- Unemployed and looking for work
- Aged 18 to 34
- Holder of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Never participated in a YES learnership before
- Available for the full 12 months
- Positive attitude, good communication, punctual and disciplined
