What is the opportunity?
The Limpopo Gambling Board is offering a paid internship for up to 24 months. Interns receive a monthly stipend of R7,333.33. There are two streams available: Governance (Ref 01/2026) and Finance (Ref 02/2026). Successful candidates will sign an internship contract for the full period.

- Age between 18 and 35 years

Governance internship – required qualifications
- National Diploma (3 yr) in Business Administration or Business Management
- Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- BCom in Business Administration or Business Management
Finance internship – required qualifications
- National Diploma (3 yr) in Accounting
- Degree in Accounting
What will you gain?
The placement gives you hands‑on exposure to public‑sector governance or finance. You will learn about:
- Board governance and organisational processes (Governance stream)
- Financial records, reporting and public‑sector finance controls (Finance stream)
- Professional communication and workplace etiquette
- Use of the stipend for transport, meals, work clothing and other daily costs
While the internship does not guarantee a permanent job, the experience can strengthen future applications.
