What the programme is
Sage is offering five graduate internship streams in transformation, finance, sales and accounting. The role is based in Midrand and follows a hybrid model – you will work three days a week from the office and the rest from home. Each stream runs for 12 months and ends on 31 September 2027.

Tips to improve your chances
Many graduates submit the same CV for every stream. Tailor each application: put the exact position title and vacancy number at the top, then highlight modules, projects or volunteer work that match the role.
For the Transformation stream, stress any experience with compliance, reporting or procurement. For billing and accounting streams, showcase numerical accuracy, Excel workbooks and attention to detail. For sales streams, emphasise communication, customer‑service or teamwork.
The selection process includes an online application, a Harver gamified assessment, a recorded video interview and, if successful, an assessment centre. Prepare by practising common interview questions and familiarising yourself with Sage’s values.
Next steps
Act now – the programme starts on 1 October 2026 and will close as soon as enough candidates are assessed. Choose the stream that fits your qualification, customise your CV, and submit through the appropriate portal. You could walk away with a solid year’s experience, mentorship and a foot in the door at a global tech company.
