About Student Office

Student Office was started with one clear goal: to help young South Africans find and grab real opportunities that can change their lives.
Whether you’re still in high school, just finished matric, studying at university, or looking for your first real step into the world of work — this site is for you. We know how hard it can be to find reliable information about internships, learnerships, bursaries, graduate programmes, entry-level jobs and university application guides. That’s why we do the searching, checking and posting so you don’t have to.
What You’ll Find Here
- Latest learnerships — from big companies in retail, mining, manufacturing, finance, agriculture and more
- Internships — paid and unpaid opportunities for students and recent graduates
- Bursaries & study funding — options to help pay for university or TVET college
- Entry-level jobs & vacancies — real positions open right now
- University & college application guides — deadlines, requirements and tips
- Skills programmes & training — free and funded courses that lead to employment
We focus especially on opportunities that are open to South African youth — particularly those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, rural areas, townships and anyone who is determined to build a better future.
Who Runs Student Office?
My name is Lethabo Motloung and I’m the person behind this platform. I created StudentOffice.co.za because I saw how many young people were missing out on great opportunities simply because they didn’t know where to look or the information was scattered all over the internet.
I spend every day searching official company websites, government portals, SETA pages, university sites and trusted partner organisations to bring you the most up-to-date and verified opportunities. Everything posted here is checked for legitimacy — I only share programmes and vacancies that are genuinely open and have clear application instructions.
Our Promise to You
We will always:
- Post opportunities as soon as they are announced
- Give you the real closing dates and requirements
- Link directly to official application pages whenever possible
- Keep the information clear, simple and honest
- Never ask you to pay any application or registration fees
This is not a get-rich-quick site. It’s a place to find real, actionable steps toward education, training and employment. If you’re serious about building your future, we’re here to help you take that first step.
