What You Will Do
Role Overview:
As a Production Learner, you will work closely with the Production Foreman. This is an exciting role based in Brits, where you will learn how to assemble tires safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Follow all safety rules and wear your provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain Order: Keep your workspace tidy, following the 3S method (Sort, Set in order, Shine).
- Equipment Checks: Make sure all machines are working properly.
- Manage Materials: Remove empty spools and rolls from machines and return them to their proper places.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your teammates to meet production goals.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Education: At least a Grade 12 certificate or an N3 certificate.
- Subjects: Strong knowledge in Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science.
