Engineering Learnership Programme
If you are ready to make a difference and are eager to learn, we invite you to apply for our Engineering Learnership Programme (18.2-Unemployed). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the mining industry’s engineering field.
What We Offer in the Programme:
- Structured training that includes both off-the-job and workplace learning.
- A nationally recognized Artisan qualification upon successful completion.
We have several exciting learnership opportunities available:
- Learnership Electrician – 1 position
- Learnership Boilermaker Plater – 1 position
- Diesel Mechanic – 2 positions
- Auto Electrician – 1 position
Qualifications Needed
To apply for this program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science, and English, each with at least 40% pass; OR N2 certificate or higher with relevant subjects as outlined below:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating Structural Steelwork, Welders Theory, Mathematics, Engineering Science
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory, Electrotechnology, Industrial Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering Science
- Diesel Mechanic: Diesel/Motor Trade Theory, Engineering Drawings, Mathematics, Engineering Science
- Auto Electrician: Motor Electrical Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering Science
- OR NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade with all subjects passed with at least 40%.
