What is the programme?
The programme offers two short‑term training streams:
- Technopreneur – using technology to start or grow a business.
- Cybersecurity Defender – protecting digital information from threats.
It is run by Masithuthuke Holdings (Pty) Ltd and runs from 6 July 2026 until 6 August 2026.
Who can apply?
- South African citizen
- Aged 18 – 35 years
- Matric certificate holder
- Can provide a confirmation letter or proof of disability
- Live in one of the following provinces: Limpopo, Free State, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu‑Natal
What will you gain?
Both streams teach practical, workplace‑ready digital skills. You will learn how to:
- Identify and develop technology‑based business ideas (Technopreneur)
- Create sustainable income streams using digital tools (Technopreneur)
- Recognise common cyber threats and protect networks (Cybersecurity Defender)
- Apply security best practices in any organisation (Cybersecurity Defender)
These skills open doors to employment, freelancing, consulting, or starting your own tech‑focused venture.

- Gather the required documents:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of your Matric certificate
- Proof of disability or confirmation letter
- Updated CV
