MPower, a division of ONELOGIX, is looking for young drivers who already hold a Code 14 licence and a Professional Driving Permit. What is the learnership?
The Code 14 Truck Driving Learnership is a fixed‑term programme that mixes classroom theory, supervised vehicle practice and workplace‑ready development. It does not teach you how to obtain a truck licence from scratch – you must already be licensed.

You are eligible if you meet all of the following:
- South African citizen, aged 25‑28
- Matric pass with English
- Valid Code 14 driving licence
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Valid South African passport
- Clear case and criminal‑record checks
- Physically and mentally fit
- Never completed or dropped out of a Professional Driver’s Certificate programme
