What is the opportunity?

The Provantage Learnership 2026/27 is a paid, full‑year programme for unemployed South African youth. It combines classroom learning with real‑world workplace experience. You will work toward a National Certificate in one of three fields:

  • Project Management (SAQA ID 58395, NQF Level 5, 120 credits)
  • Generic Management (SAQA ID 59201, NQF Level 5, 162 credits)

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Be aged between 18 and 35

  • Hold a TVET N6 qualification in Sales & Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Business Management or Management Assistant
  • Be able to commit to the full 12‑month programme
