What Is the HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme?
This is a three-year development programme for Commerce graduates. HEINEKEN Beverages is offering two spots in their Commerce stream. You will not stay in one desk job. You will move through three different six-month rotations.
The first rotation happens at HEINEKEN in South Africa. You will learn how the local business works. The second rotation moves you to a different business area. This helps you see how departments connect. The third rotation sends you abroad. You will work in another country to build global experience.
After you finish the three years, you may step into a management role. HEINEKEN states that successful graduates can move into management either back home or at another global office.
Who Can Apply?
You need a Bachelor’s degree to apply. Your qualification should be in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
You must be a recent graduate. HEINEKEN allows a maximum of one year of work experience after your graduation. If you graduated recently or are about to graduate, you fit the profile.
You must speak English well. You must have the legal right to work in South Africa. You must also be fully globally mobile. This means you are ready to travel and live in other countries for your assignments.
