What the learnership is
The SCO-TECH Engineering Learnership Programme blends classroom learning with real workplace training in engineering and related trades. You’ll gain hands-on experience in maintenance departments, workshops, and technical operations to develop skills that employers value.
Who can apply
- South African citizens
- Ages 18–35
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Grade 12 or an N2 qualification with Mathematics and Science
- No prior required work experience; applicants from rural areas are welcome
Locations include Pretoria, Gauteng, and Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Applications close on 04 June 2026.
